How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Free Delivery: Orders $90.00 NZD and up are delivered within 8-16 business days after a 1-2 business day processing period.
  • Priority Processing + Insured Delivery: For $11.95 NZD, orders arrive within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • Standard Delivery: Orders under $90.00 NZD are delivered within 8-16 business days after processing.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

Do you ship internationally?

What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
