Nothing to pay on delivery

The total you see at checkout is the total you pay. No customs charge, no handling fee, nothing to settle with your carrier when your parcel arrives.

Order processing

  • Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Premium orders placed before midday local time ship the same business day.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Major sale periods can add one day.
  • Every order ships tracked and protected.

General Information

Order Tracking:

  • A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for the first scan to appear.
  • If you see no update after 3 business days, check your spam folder, then contact us.

If Your Parcel Is Late Or Lost:

  • If tracking has simply stalled, give it 3 more business days. Stalled tracking almost always resolves on its own.
  • If your order passes the top of its delivery window, email us with your order number. Every order ships insured. If a parcel is confirmed lost, held in customs or returned to sender, we will make it right with a replacement, a reshipment or a refund depending on the case. You will not be left with nothing.

Multiple Parcels:

  • Multi-item orders may ship from different warehouses so nothing holds up the rest of your order. You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
  • We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Transit times to these destinations are long enough that we cannot stand behind the delivery. If no shipping method appears at checkout, your address falls outside our current delivery network.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please double-check your address before you pay. We can only change an address before your order ships. Parcels delayed, returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not our responsibility.

Holiday Periods:

  • During national holidays and peak seasons, delivery times may vary. We recommend ordering early so your parcel arrives on time.

Shipping Delays:

  • Weather, carrier backlogs and customs checks can add time. Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. We appreciate your patience.

Changes To Orders:

  • Once an order is in transit it cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, see our Refund policy for the form.
  • Shipping fees are refundable only in the cases set out in our Refund policy.
